By accessing or using the services of 1 WAY-LOGISTICS COMPANY LIMITED ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website, mobile applications, and logistics services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1 WAY-LOGISTICS provides international freight forwarding and logistics services, including but not limited to:
User Responsibilities
4.1 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when using our services. This includes correct shipping addresses, cargo descriptions, weight, dimensions, and any special handling requirements.
4.2 Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding the shipment of goods, including export/import regulations, customs requirements, and prohibited items restrictions.
4.3 Prohibited Items
You shall not ship items that are illegal, hazardous (without proper declaration), perishable (without prior arrangement), or otherwise prohibited by law or carrier regulations.
4.4 Payment Obligations
You agree to pay all charges, fees, and taxes associated with your shipments in a timely manner as specified in our invoices and quotations.
Website Use
5.1 Permitted Use
Our website is provided for legitimate business purposes related to our logistics services. You may browse, request quotes, access shipment information, and communicate with our team through authorized channels.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Quotations and Pricing
7.1 Quotation Validity
All quotations are provided on the basis of immediate acceptance and are subject to availability. Quotations may be revised due to changes in currency exchange rates, freight rates, fuel surcharges, or other applicable charges.
7.2 Additional Charges
Quoted prices may not include customs duties, taxes, storage fees, demurrage charges, or other third-party fees. Such charges, if applicable, will be billed separately or added to your invoice.
7.3 Payment Terms
Payment terms are as specified in our invoices. Late payments may incur interest charges as outlined in our Standard Trading Conditions.
Limitation of Liability
Important: For liability related to freight forwarding services, cargo damage, or delivery issues, please refer to our Standard Trading Conditions which contains detailed liability limitations.
8.1 Website Disclaimer
Our website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or that the website will be error-free.
8.2 Indirect Damages
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or website.
Indemnification

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
